How do the language settings work?
The Webtool is available in three languages. You can switch from one language to another at any time via the little flag displayed in the top right-hand side of the page. You can also set a language when creating a questionnaire. Although your respondents will always initially see a questionnaire in the language that you have chosen, they will also be able to change the language via the little flag displayed in the top right-hand side of the page.
How can I make it possible for my colleague to send a questionnaire or view results too?
Go to My organisation via Manage. Click on Add under Manage users and enter your colleague’s details. Our Customer Service Department can then make sure that your colleague is given the appropriate rights. Send your colleague’s details to firstname.lastname@example.org, asking for him/her to be made a company administrator.
How do I upgrade my trial subscription to a paid subscription?
When you log in, you will be able to upgrade your subscription via Manage in the top-right hand side of the page. A message will be generated when you log in after your subscription has ended. You can upgrade your subscription via this message too. If you find that this does not work, please contact us via email@example.com.
My (trial) subscription has ended. Have my questionnaires and results been deleted?
No, you will be able to view all of your information again when you upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription.
